Contact our team, give your current provider the notice required in your service agreement, usually 14 to 28 days, and we will prepare a new service agreement and begin support from your chosen date. We handle most of the admin so there is no gap in your care.

Registered providers are independently audited against the NDIS Practice Standards and can support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed, plan-managed or self-managed. Unregistered providers operate without that audit and can generally only be used by plan-managed or self-managed participants.
