Skycare Solutions is a registered NDIS provider committed to supporting people with disabilities and delivering exceptional services. We are looking for an efficient and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our office and supporting both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with client inquiries and schedule appointments for staff and participants.
  • Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with NDIS guidelines.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including preparing reports and organizing meetings.
  • Process invoices, payroll, and other basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing inductions and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with NDIS-related administrative tasks such as participant billing and plan updates.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role, preferably within the NDIS or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with administrative software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of NDIS processes and terminology (desirable but not essential).
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (if applicable).
