For most standard supports such as personal care, domestic assistance, community access or transport, we can usually start within one to two weeks of your first enquiry. Supported Independent Living and high-intensity supports typically take two to four weeks because they require additional planning, staff training and rostering. If your situation is urgent, tell us when you call and we will do what we can to bring the timeline forward.

If the support is funded in your NDIS plan, you generally pay nothing out of pocket. All providers must charge within the price limits published in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which the NDIA updates each 1 July. Yes. We deliver active overnight support, sleepover shifts and full 24/7 supported independent living, depending on what is funded in your plan. Because Pakenham is within reasonable distance of our Narre Warren office, we can roster overnight staff reliably rather than treating it as an outer-edge exception. The exact level available depends on your funded supports, which we will review with you during your free consultation.

Registered providers are audited by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission against the NDIS Practice Standards, must meet worker screening and incident reporting requirements, and can support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed. Unregistered providers are not independently audited and can only be used by plan-managed and self-managed participants.
