From Supported Independent Living and therapeutic supports to behaviour support, respite, and community participation ‐ Skycare Solutions provides the full range of NDIS services across Melbourne. Person-centred care, qualified staff, and proven outcomes.
As a registered NDIS service provider in Melbourne, Skycare Solutions delivers high-quality, person-centred disability supports tailored to each participant's goals and lifestyle. We're audited under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and approved across 10 NDIS registration groups ‐ meaning we can support participants who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.
Our team includes support workers with Certificate III and IV in Individual Support, allied health professionals, registered nurses, and qualified behaviour support practitioners. Every participant we work with receives a tailored support plan reviewed regularly, qualified workers matched to their needs, and the choice and control the NDIS was designed to deliver.
Every service below is delivered under the NDIS Practice Standards 2025‐2026 and charged within the official NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
Allied health and wellbeing services tailored to your NDIS goals. Our therapeutic supports help build the skills and capacity you need to live the life you choose ‐ whether that's improving mobility, communication, mental health, or daily functioning.
Daily Living and Life Skills support helps you navigate everyday activities with greater independence. We focus on building practical skills that put you in control of your own life ‐ from cooking and budgeting to using public transport and managing routines.
Our Support Coordinators help you make sense of your NDIS plan, connect with the right providers, and get the most from your funding. Plan Management takes the financial admin off your hands ‐ we process invoices, track your budget, and provide clear monthly statements.
Short-term relief for primary carers and a positive experience for participants. We deliver respite that genuinely supports families ‐ planned breaks, emergency cover, and short-term accommodation with familiar routines and trained staff.
Specialist Positive Behaviour Support for participants who exhibit behaviours of concern. Delivered by qualified practitioners under NDIS Commission oversight, our PBS approach focuses on understanding the function of behaviour, reducing restrictive practices, and building quality of life.

Yes. Because we are a registered NDIS provider, we can support all three plan management types ‐ self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed. You can use your funding however your plan allows, and we make the invoicing process simple regardless of which management option you've chosen.
If your supports are funded in your NDIS plan, there is usually no out-of-pocket cost. All our services are charged within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits which the NDIA reviews each financial year. We never add hidden fees and we're transparent about rates ‐ ask us about any specific service.
Absolutely. Choice and control is a core NDIS principle and we take it seriously. Before services begin, we discuss your preferences ‐ gender, language, cultural background, age, interests, qualifications, and personality ‐ and match you with support workers who fit. If a match isn't working, you can request a change at any time and we'll find someone better suited.
For most non-complex supports, we can begin services within 1–2 weeks of your initial enquiry. For Supported Independent Living and complex high-intensity supports, the onboarding process is typically 2–4 weeks because of additional planning, training, and rostering. Urgent or emergency requests are accommodated where possible ‐ call us directly.
Yes. NDIS participants have full choice and control over their providers. To switch: contact our team to discuss your needs and current plan, give your current provider notice as required in your service agreement (usually 14–28 days), and we'll prepare a new service agreement to begin at your chosen date. We handle most of the admin so the transition is straightforward.
Yes. Melbourne is one of Australia's most culturally diverse cities and we reflect that in our team. We have support workers from a range of cultural and language backgrounds and we match participants with workers who understand their cultural needs, language, dietary preferences, and family customs wherever possible.
Book a free, no-obligation consultation. We'll review your NDIS plan, identify gaps in your current support, and match you with the right services ‐ with no pressure to commit.
